Gellan Gum Project Introduction

Fermentation:  The process of fermentation transforms qualifying glucose into the required substance. Fermentation is done using the grown seed. The procedure maintains the ideal temperature and the necessary nutrition.

Filtration: Filtration Take the insoluble and mycelium protein-containing particles out of the fermentation liquid. The liquid then obtains a high degree of purity and is transferred to the following area for concentration.

Concentration: To obtain the appropriate DE value, the filtered fermented mash is concentrated in the evaporator. The mash reaches the appropriate DE value after fermentation.

Mixing & separation: The concentrated fermentative mash is blended thoroughly by stirring before a specific amount of solvent is added in order to sufficiently precipitate the fiber. The fiber product is obtained following separation and precipitation.

Secondary washing and separation: The Gellan gum contains contaminants and color. The pigment and contaminants are removed during the secondary washing and separation. The appropriate Gellan gum was then acquired.

Dehydration and drying: Dehydrating the Gellan gum is done with the squeezer. Afterward, the dryer dries the Gellan gum. Drying enabled the production of the qualified Gellan gum product.
